Tank Cleaning

The same N-SPEC® technology that revolutionized pipeline cleaning has also transformed the tank cleaning industry. N-SPEC® tank cleaning takes less than half the time of conventional methods and dramatically reduces disposal costs.

 

With the use of heat exchangers, N-SPEC® products - mixed with cutting stock - are jetted into the sludge bottoms of the tanks. As the N-SPEC® mixture comes into contact with the sludge it is converted into a pumpable fluid.

 

In most cases, the N-SPEC® process yields a recyclable product, allowing for water and debris separation. It also eliminates or greatly diminishes time spent by personnel in the tanks, thereby reducing the possibility of incidents.
